The Parish of Cranbrook and Sissinghurst has started the process of producing a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) – a document shaped by the community on the future of the places we live and work. Once created, this plan will form a legal part of planning policy for the Parish.
As a part of this process the NDP Steering Group is inviting people who live and/or work in the Parish to visioning events – one for Cranbrook and one for Sissinghurst. These events will examine some of the critical issues effecting the Parish and you are invited to express your views on what makes Cranbrook and Sissinghurst special places to live, work and visit, and how you envisage future growth.
Sissinghurst Visioning Event – 22nd March, 7.30pm-9.30pm, St George’s Institute, Sissinghurst
Cranbrook Visioning Event – 23rd March, 7.30pm-9.30pm, Cranbrook School Sixth Form Centre
Everyone is welcome but it would be particularly useful if people representing a group (say a street, club, trade or association) could attend as we are a little limited on space. You are also invited to the follow up Design Forum on 9-11 May (venue TBC).
Please confirm your attendance by registering your interest by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with:
- your name
- contact details
- the group you represent
- the event you would like to attend (Cranbrook or Sissinghurst)
We want to hear your views and secure a future for the Parish that represents them – help us.
Cllr. Nancy Warne
Chair, NDP Steering Group
on behalf of Cranbrook and Sissinghurst Parish Council
